How to make an application letter !

This time, I want to share with you guys about "How to make an application letter properly". Actually, I don't have many experience to make this letter but I have read many articles about how to make this letter properly. First of all, you have to write the date when you write this letter. Then, don't forget to include the name of recipient. If you don't know the name of recipient, you may able to include only the recipient's position. For example: "HRD Manager PT. Cosmos" or "Manager of Marketing Department PT. Astra International". After that, in the first paragraph you have to write what is your purpose to make this letter (of course for apply a job) and where you get the information of that vacancy (I think this one is optional). Then, we go to second paragraph. in this paragraph you have to introduce your self and don't forget to tell them what is your skill and your achievement (beside academic, you may write non-academic). In the end of this
